Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s order striking the defendant’s motion to tax costs, without prejudice to defendant to seek payment of those costs allowed under Wolf v. County of Volusia, 703 So.2d 1033 (Fla.1998) and section 939.06, Florida Statutes.
