Opinion

Upon Motion this Day made unto this Court by Mr. Benjamin Guerard being of the Plaintiff’s Counsel praying Leave to dismiss the Bill in this Cause the Defendant having delivered up a Trust Deed according to the Prayer of the Bill. James Grindlay of Counsel for the Defendant having assented thereunto It is Ordered that the Plaintiff’s Bill do stand dismissed out of this Court with the usual Costs.
