Opinion

This Cause comeing this Day to be heard, upon the Defendents plea to the Complainants Bill, Upon Debating the matter, And hearing what could be Sayd by Council, on both Sides This Court Is of Opinion That the Release given by the Complainants Guardian, is a good and Valid Release to the Defendant; And therefore Order That the said Defendants Plea in this Cause be Allowed, with Costs to be Taxed by the Master of this Court.
