Opinion

This case involves the same issue as the case of Eustache Honore Le Blanc et ux. v. Pennsylvania Casualty Company, La. App., 20 So.2d 32. In this case the parents of Peter Lovelace Guarisco are suing for the death of their minor son resulting from the same accident set forth in the Le Blanc case, supra.

For the reasons assigned in the Le Blanc case, the judgment appealed from is affirmed. *Page 178
