In an action for a separation, order granting plaintiff’s motion for alimony and counsel fee, denying defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint, and granting defendant’s motion to strike out certain paragraphs of the complaint, with leave to serve an amended complaint, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
