In an action on a promissory note, order of the County Court of Westchester County denying defendant Cassone’s motion to dismiss the complaint for failure of the plaintiff to prosecute the action affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
