Opinion

YELVERTON, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in Gaspard v. St. Martin Parish Sewerage District # 1, et al., 569 So.2d 1083 (La.App. 3d Cir.1990), the judgment of the trial court is reversed and set aside and the case is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with [1086]*1086this opinion. The sewerage district will pay the costs of this appeal.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
