Opinion

SACK, Judge.

The facts in this case are the same as those in the companion case of A. Grizzell v. State, Fla.App. 189, So.2d 367, which we have today reversed on the authority of Hawkins v. State, 184 So.2d 486 (Fla.App.1966). Since this case must be remanded for new trial, we do not pass upon the other assignments of error.

Reversed and remanded for new trial.

WIGGINTON, Acting C. J., and CARROLL, DONALD K., J., concur.
