HAWKINS, J.

Conviction is for the sale of intoxicating liquor; punishment having been assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year. Appellant makes known to this court, by his affidavit filed herein, that he desires to withdraw his appeal. Complying with such request, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
