[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM In accordance with the mandate of the Supreme Court in Griffin v. Parker, 219 Conn. 363, the award of damages in this matter, #126 in the file, is hereby vacated, and the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, #116 in the file, is denied.

Pursuant to the provisions of Connecticut General Statutes51-183c, I deem myself disqualified from any further action with respect to these proceedings.
