Tbe facts of tbis case in so far as they affect tbe question of tbe jurisdiction of tbis court are of tbe same character as in tbe case of Edwards v. Missouri, Kansas and Eastern Railway Company, ante, page 513.

Eor tbe reasons given in our decision in that case tbis cause is transferred to tbe Kansas Oity Court of Appeals.
