ORDER No objection having been filed, I herewith approve the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Talesha L. Saint-Marce dated July 15, 2026. For the reasons explained therein, the Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (doc. no. 17), as amended (doc. no. 20), is granted. The clerk shall enter judgment and close this case. “[O]nly those issues fairly raised by the objections to the magistrate's report are subject to review in the district court and those not preserved by such objection are precluded on appeal.” Rivera-Aponte v.
