Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The record and the briefs in this cause have been examined and we are convinced that the questions raised were answered in Mercer v. State, 83 Fla. 555, 92 So. 535 and Driggers v. State, 90 Fla. 324, 105 So. 841. The judgment appealed from is therefore affirmed on authority of these two casesi

Affirmed.

ROBERTS, C. J., and TERRELL, SE-BRING and MATHEWS, JJ., concur.
