Opinion

Order denying the application of the petitioners Lawrence T. Gresser and George F. Torsney for an order directing the board of elections to accept as valid a certificate of nomination of Lawrence T. Gresser as candidate of the Democratic party for justice of the City Court of the City of New York, Borough of Queens, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is granted. Hagarty, Davis, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
