Opinion

Judgment in favor of the plaintiff Erna Grehl, an infant, etc., reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, unless said plaintiff stipulates to reduce the judgment as entered to the sum of $2,649.75; in which event the judgment as so modified is affirmed, without costs. Judgment in favor of the plaintiff Heinrich Grehl affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice. Present — Finch, P. J., Merrell, McAvoy, Martin and Sherman, JJ.
