McMILLAN, Judge.

We remanded this cause with instructions to the trial court to resentence the appellant, Jerrell Greer, pursuant to § 13A-5-9(b)(3), Code of Alabama 1975. 649 So.2d 1288. The trial court, in compliance, has returned to us its order resentencing the appellant to life imprisonment.

The judgment of the trial court is due to be, and it is hereby, affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
