In an action for libel, order granting plaintiff’s motion to strike out the first and third defenses contained in the answer affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and with leave to defendant to serve an amended answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Young, Davis, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
