In a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, transferred to this court (Civ. Prac. Act, § 1296), the petitioner seeks to annul the determination of respondent State Liquor Authority approving a determination of respondent New York City alcoholic beverage control board denying him a license. Determination unanimously confirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Nolan, P. J., Adel, MacCrate,' Schmidt and Beldock, JJ.
