Opinion
Conviction is for murder; punishment being confinement in the penitentiary for 99 years. The record contains neither statement of facts nor bills of exception. On account of the severe penalty assessed, we have examined the record carefully. The indictment appears to be sufficient, the charge of-the court is applicable under provable facts, and no error of a fundamental nature has beén discovered. The judgment is affirmed.
