Green v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission
941 So. 2d 1260, 2006 Fla. App. LEXIS 19452, 2006 WL 3359238
Opinion
Upon consideration of the appellant’s response to the Court’s order of September 20, 2006, the Court has determined that the notice of appeal, which was filed more than 30 days after rendition of the order on appeal, failed to timely invoke the Court’s jurisdiction. Fla. R.App. P. 9.110(b). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed as untimely.
