AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the cause remanded by [908] the Supreme Court of Alabama. On remand and in compliance with the supreme court’s opinion in Ex parte Green, 586 So.2d 905 (Ala.1991), this cause is now reversed and remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with the supreme court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
