Granted. The ruling of the court of appeal is vacated, and the judgment of the district court overruling the motion to strike is reinstated. Jones v. City of Ken-ner, 338 So.2d 606 (La.1976); Champagne v. American Southern Ins. Co., 295 So.2d 437 (La.1974).
