Requisition of vessel. On a stipulation by the parties whereby the plaintiff agreed to dismissal of its claim with prejudice and consented to judgment for the defendant on its counterclaim, it was ordered that the petition be dismissed with prejudice and that judgment be entered for the defendant and against the plaintiff for $2,000.
