ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

PATTERSON, Judge.

Pursuant to the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Grandberry, 640 So.2d 919 (Ala.1993), the judgments of conviction of Harry James Grandberry in the Circuit Court of Coffee County for escape in the first degree and for attempted murder are reversed and the cause is remanded for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
