Opinion
Grand jury in the Courts of Oyer and Terminer and General Sessions,sworn generally. The grand jury to the Spring term were summoned to the Court of General Sessions, and also to the Court of Oyer and Terminer. The court ruled that they should be sworn but once, and not twice as heretofore; the oath being general, and without reference to any particular court. Kent, April, 1835.
