Opinion

In re Johnnie Lee Graham, applying for writs of certiorari or review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit. Parish of Bossier. 412 So.2d 675.

Granted. The pleadings are sufficiently broad to encompass a demand for penalties and attorney’s fees. This case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for it to consider and decide the issue.
