Opinion

WRIT DENIED.

Upon a review of the record before us, the exercise of this court’s supervisory jurisdiction is not warranted. Due to the unique nature of videotaped surveillance, this evidence is subject to discovery even though intended for impeachment purposes. Collins v. Crosby Group, Inc., 551 So.2d 42 (La.App. 1st Cir.1989), writs denied, 556 So.2d 39 (La.1990) and 556 So.2d 42 (La.1990).
