DECUIR, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Palm, et al. v. Stewart, et al., 03-594 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/05/2003), 858 So.2d 790, 2003 WL 22499882, the judgment of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of State Farm is affirmed. All costs of these proceedings are taxed to Geico.

AFFIRMED.
