PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of mandamus for review of petitioner’s presumptive parole release date is dismissed, without prejudice to the petitioner to file for relief in the circuit court on the authority of Johnson v. Florida Parole and Probation Commission, 543 So.2d 875 (Fla. 4th DCA 1989).
