Opinion

In an action in the County Court, Nassau County, to recover damages for injuries to person and property, the court dismissed the cause of action for property damage at the close of the plaintiff’s ease, and the jury rendered a verdict in favor of plaintiff on the personal injury action. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Wenzel, Acting P. J., Murphy, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ.
