PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED as to all points on appeal. As to point III, “where several persons combine to commit an unlawful act, each is criminally responsible for the actions of his associates committed in furtherance or prosecution of a common design.” Hardee v. State, 516 So.2d 110, 111 (Fla. 4th DCA 1987), approved, 534 So.2d 706 (Fla.1988).
