The appeal is dismissed. The order granting the appellee’s motion to dismiss is not final, nor reviewable by interlocutory appeal Atria v. Anton, 379 So.2d 462, 463 (Fla. 4th DCA 1980). This dismissal is without prejudice to review the entire matter upon entry of a final judgment.
DISMISSED.
