Action for specific performance of an option to purchase real property, and for an adjudication that a lease of the property, made after the execution of the option but before its exercise, is null and void and that it be cancelled of record. Judgment for plaintiffs unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion,. Present— Hagarty, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ.
