Per Curiam.

No points have been submitted on the appeal from this order ; nor is this appeal mentioned in the brief of counsel submitted on the appeal from the judgment. Our attention has not been called to any error committed in the order appealed from and we see no reason why the order should be reversed. [569] The order appealed from should therefore be affirmed with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
