PER CURIAM.

Based on appellee’s stipulation, we summarily reverse the appealed order and remand for an evidentiary hearing on the temporary fees issue. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.815(b). See also Jones v. Jones, 671 So.2d 852 (Fla. 5th DCA 1996); Eckroade v. Eckroade, 570 So.2d 1347 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990).

REVERSED.
