Opinion

FORET, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Gilliam v. K-Mart Corporation, 594 So.2d 1021 (La.App. 3 Cir.1992), No. 90-746 on the docket of this Court, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the demands of the plaintiff are dismissed, with prejudice.

Costs of this appeal and at the trial level are assessed to plaintiffs-appellees as provided in the opinion of Gilliam, cited above.

REVERSED AND RENDERED.
