Appellant was convicted in the district court of Taylor county of burglary, and bis punishment fixed at two years in tbe penitentiary, from which be prosecutes this appeal. There is now on file in this record an affidavit in proper form, executed by appellant, requesting that this appeal be dismissed. Tbe motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
