Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Gooch Support Systems, Inc., Gooch Enterprises, Inc., and Hal and Chris Gooch, the appellants, appeal an award of attorney’s fees and costs awarded to Bruce Anderson, the assignee of Mahaleel Lee Luster, the appellee. Anderson has conceded that this award must be reversed, based on an arbitrator’s reversal of the underlying judgment that served as the basis for this award. Accordingly, the trial court’s fee and cost award is reversed.

STEVENSON, SHAHOOD and GROSS, JJ., concur.
