Opinion
Upon our examination of the record and the appellee’s confession of error, we reverse the order dismissing the action for lack of prosecution pursuant to Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.420(e), with directions to reinstate the action and progress the case for trial.
Reversed and remanded.
