Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We disagree that Workers’ Compensation immunity appears on the face of plaintiff’s complaint. We reverse the order dismissing plaintiff’s third amended complaint without prejudice to Workmens’ Compensation being raised as an affirmative defense. See Sullivan v. Liberty Mut. Ins. Co., 367 So.2d 658 (Fla. 4th DCA 1979), cert. denied 378 So.2d 350 (Fla.1979).

Reversed and Remanded.

ANSTEAD, C.J., and BERANEK and WALDEN, JJ., concur.
