Opinion

Action for an accounting, to have a deed declared a mortgage, and for other, relief. Appeal by plaintiffs from an order dismissing the second, third, fourth and sixth causes of action stated in plaintiffs’ amended complaint as insufficient in law. Order, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
