Opinions

PER CURIAM.

Appellant was convicted after jury trial for felony murder allegedly committed in the perpetration of a robbery. We have carefully reviewed the record and conclude that the evidence is more than sufficient to support the jury’s finding of guilty and that any error appearing herein is harmless. Accordingly, the judgment and sentence appealed from are affirmed.

Affirmed.

PIERCE, C. J., and LILES and Mc-NULTY, JJ., concur. PIERCE, C. J., dissents with opinion.
