Action for damages for breach of an oral contract for the sale of scrap metal. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Prank Johnston, Jr., Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920. Reversed and remanded.
