The plaintiff’s action is for injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with the construction of a dam. Plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and reformation ordered. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Hill, P. J., McNamee, Crapser, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ.
