Opinion
We affirm the summary final judgment finding an easement of necessity in favor of lot 69 owned by appellee Kenneth M. Dix. § 704.01(1), Florida Statutes (1991). We reverse only that portion finding a statutory way of necessity pursuant to section 704.01(2), Florida Statutes (1991). See Reyes v. Perez, 284 So.2d 493 (Fla. 4th DCA 1973).
