Proceeding to review a determination of respondent Board of Trustees of the Village of Pelham Manor, New York, which held petitioner, a police officer, to be guilty of neglect in the performance of his duty, reprimanded him for such neglect, and ordered that the reprimand be made a part of petitioner’s record. The determination is unanimously confirmed, without costs. No opinion. Present — Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ. [See post, p. 976.]
