In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the importations consist of wild giraffes similar in all material respects to those the subject of Louis Goebel and F. L. Kraemer & Co. v. United States (46 Cust. Ct. 273, C.D. 2269), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
