HORNSBY, Chief Justice.

The judgment of the trial court on God-win’s motion pursuant to Rule 60(b), A.R.Civ.P., is affirmed, on the authority of Wilson v. Cox, 589 So.2d 723 (Ala.1991), this Court having found no abuse of discretion.

AFFIRMED.

ALMON, ADAMS, STEAGALL and INGRAM, JJ., concur.
