AFTER REMAND FROM SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Godbolt, 546 So.2d 991 (Ala.1987), this cause is remanded to the circuit court for proceedings not inconsistent with the Supreme Court opinion.

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
