Order entered November 27, 1956, granting plaintiff’s motion to substitute the executors of the estate of Julius Ochs Adler, etc., and order entered February 4, 1957, granting plaintiff's motion to restore the within action to the Jury Reserve Calendar of February, 1957, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. No opinion. Concur — Botein, J. P., Rabin, Frank, Valente and McNally, JJ.
